Supplier interfaces

Here you can find out which options you have to connect your suppliers to FoodNotify.

Requirements

In order for a supplier to be connected to FoodNotify, the first requirement is that you are already a delivery customer of the respective supplier.

FoodNotify XLS

If the article assortment and the price data, allergens and additives change only very rarely, the manual import is suitable. When uploading these files, FoodNotify supports Excel and CSV formats.

We recommend writing directly to the supplier and sending the instructions and the Excel template. The supplier can then enter the required data set in the Excel template and send it back to you.

You can find out how to upload the data in the system here.

What are the minimum requirements your supplier must meet?

  • Name
  • Article number
  • Price
  • Individual packaging
  • Quantity of individual packages in the pack
  • Container
  • Picture
  • Product group + product group structure
  • GTIN(s)/barcode(s) - important for the scan function in the app
  • FIC (nutritional values, allergens, additives)
  • Manufacturer

  • Country
