Requirements for connecting suppliers

Here you can find out what requirements must be met in order to connect suppliers.

Requirements

The prerequisite for supplier integration is an existing delivery customer relationship with the respective supplier.

FoodNotify XLS

If the product range and price data, allergens, and additives change very rarely, manual import is suitable. FoodNotify supports Excel and CSV formats for uploading these files.

We recommend contacting the supplier directly and sending them the instructions and Excel template. The supplier can enter the required data into the Excel template and send it back to us.

You can find out how to upload the data in the system here.

An interface to FoodNotify is the first step toward professional transmission of item and price information as well as automatic receipt of orders.

FoodNotify implements the connection of suppliers as a paid service.
