How do I create Users?

Once you have defined the roles in your account, you can create users.

We recommend creating roles in your FoodNotify account before creating new users. Once this basic setting has been made, you can quickly and easily assign the authorizations for your users.

  • Click on the cogwheel icon and choose Settings
  • Click on Users on the left hand side of the settings page
  • Click on add user.

  • Insert the data of the user (name, mail, password).
  • Select the location for which the user should get permissions.
  • Choose the role for the user.

Now the system automatically activates the permissions that you created in advance for the role.

  • Click on Save.

If you didn´t define a role, or if you want to assign individual permissions to the user, do not select a role. You then have the option of activating the slider to take over All permissions or selecting individual permissions by clicking on the respective checkbox.
