What are the advantages of SMART Lists?
Smart Lists offer you the option of creating cross-supplier shopping lists for each company and filling carts from these lists. As soon as you click on the green shopping basket symbol and there is at least a "1" next to your item, this item will be added to the supplier's active cart.
Important!
In order to complete and send the order, you must click on the green "GO TO CARTS" field in the Smart Lists, and on "Send order" in the Smart Carts. You can also access the respective active cart for each item at the menu under the 3 points.
Where can I find SMART LISTS?
You can find the Smart Lists in the Shop module on the left-hand menu bar.
What requirements do I need to fulfill to use SMART LISTS?
In order to use the Smart Lists, you must have the correct authorizations from the admin.
How do I create a SMART LIST?
First you have to select the right location. Once this is done, you can start creating the lists. Simply click on the green NEW LIST button, name it accordingly, and add your desired items using the search bar:
Now click on the green shopping cart symbols next to the products, and add your items to your active carts one after the other:
How do I complete an order?
Creating a list and adding items to the list does not automatically send an order. You handle an order in the same way as before, in the active cart section of the Shop module, by clicking on SEND ORDER.
At first glance, you can see exactly the quantity that is already in your active cart. Just like in Smart Carts, you can select the respective packaging size directly if it is highlighted in blue.
You can access all carts via the green "ALL CARTS" field. If you want to go directly to the active cart, you can also use the 3-dot option for each item. Then please submit your orders as usual:
I have added products to the list in the wrong order. What can I do?
In the top right-hand corner you will find the "Reposition items" button. You can now either move the items around or mark them with a new position number in the field. Don't forget to save your changes:
