How does the automatic order import in the ERP work?

Automatic order import after 24 or 48 hours from the delivery date.

The Automatic Order Import feature allows orders to be automatically imported into the ERP system, ensuring that purchased items and quantities appear correctly — even if the manual import was forgotten.

Function & Purpose

When enabled, the system automatically imports orders after the defined time limit has passed.
This prevents missing quantities or prices in the ERP, ensuring that your stock and reports remain accurate.

Settings

You can find the setting under ➡️ Settings → ERP → Automatic Order Import

auto_order_import

Here you can:

  1. Enable or disable automatic imports (toggle switch)

  2. Define a Deadline for automatic imports:

    • 1 day after delivery day at 00:00 

    • 2 days after delivery day at 00:00

This setting applies to all restaurants/houses within the same concept.

Notification

Once automatic import is enabled, a message will appear on the Order Import screen in the ERP.

This keeps users informed about the current import schedule.

💡 Tip:

You can still import orders manually at any time — even when automatic import is active.
