Automatic delivery bill comparison
If a supplier can transmit the delivery bill in DESADV format, an automatic delivery bill comparison can be carried out. Thus the delivery bill number, as well as quantity changes, price changes and replacement articles are automatically imported and displayed.
- As soon as the goods have arrived, you will see the delivery bill number in the column delivery notice of the order concerned.
- Click on Imported to open the product overview of the delivered goods.
- In the overview of delivered goods you can now see which products have been delivered, whether there have been price or quantity changes or new products have been added.
Nevertheless all products must be taken over and if necessary quantities must be adjusted if e.g. spoiled goods were delivered.
